We have successfully hosted our first event of 2024 in partnership with Genesys. The event exceeded all expectations, with a fully seated venue and an abundance of fresh insights and exchange of thoughts.
The event commenced with CTINT presenting the best practices of Cloud Contact Centre, incorporating local nuances. Genesys made their inaugural announcement regarding their new business acquisition and growth, while AWS shed light on their AI capabilities and the potential they hold for future contact centre solutions.
